End-User License Agreement - QBO Expense Classification Tool

This End-User License Agreement governs the internal software tool ("the Tool") developed and used by Stowell Accounting & Tax, LLC ("the Firm") to classify expense transactions and generate management reporting from QuickBooks Online data, on behalf of the Firm's clients.

• The Tool is developed and operated solely by the Firm for internal use in delivering bookkeeping and advisory services to its own clients. It is not distributed, licensed, or made available to the public or to any third party.
• Access to a client's QuickBooks Online company file is granted voluntarily by the client and may be revoked by the client at any time through their QuickBooks Online account settings.
• The Firm retains professional responsibility for all classifications and reports produced using the Tool, consistent with its engagement terms with each client.
• This Agreement may be updated from time to time; continued use of the Tool by the Firm constitutes acceptance of the current version.
